Background
Honest was rescued on 12 Dec 2022 along Jalan Lekar. The vet estimated him to be around 2.5 years old when rescued.
Personality
Honest is a happy-go-lucky dog who was playful and full of energy when he was first rescued. It seemed as though he was making up for lost puppyhood, experiencing everything with excitement. At first, he did not know how to express affection gently, and would greet people by "chomping" their legs or thigh. Gradually, he learnt how to gauge the strength of his jaws. He now shows his affection by enthusiastically leaning his full body weight into volunteers for pats! He is very food motivated and always excited for meals.
