Our Story
We are a volunteer-run charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming homeless, abandoned, neglected and vulnerable dogs in Singapore.
Many of the dogs that come into our care have experienced abandonment, neglect, medical challenges or difficult pasts. Through rescue, shelter, veterinary care, rehabilitation and adoption support, we help them recover, rebuild confidence and prepare for loving forever homes.
Today, Mercylight cares for dogs across our shelter and foster network, supported by a dedicated community of volunteers, fosterers, adopters and advocates who share a common goal - giving every dog a second chance at life.
As a registered charity and Institution of a Public Character (IPC), we remain committed to promoting animal welfare and building a more compassionate community for animals and people alike.
